Websites usually fall under a combination of the following two major categories.
| :: Static Sites :: SIMPLER |
Smaller websites that do not change in content regularly, and have a fixed number of pages. Usually used to display profiles, services, and contact information. Content of the site can only be updated by the Webmaster, and not directly by the Client.
For example, www.samayaprinters.com
|
| :: Dynamic Systems :: MORE COMPLEX |
Websites (usually with a very large number of pages, perhaps unlimited) that change dynamically according to client input, time, user input, etc. The client is provided with a secure back-end web system which includes add/edit/delete facilities. The main, public website is controlled by the client in this way.
For example, www.synchrohomes.lk
