Refund Policy

1. Domains, which we need to purchase separately at an international level, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any amount that has already been paid towards your domain is non-refundable. It is possible to choose not to pay for a forthcoming period, thus allowing the lease on your domain to expire.
2. Hosting / Email Campaign - we provide a 30 day free trial for all hosting accounts. If you purchase a package under a 3003 ONLINE promotion/campaign, the amount paid can be refunded within 30 days of account activation, less the domain fee (see point 1). For example, if you purchase a promotional email package priced at $80 per year which includes a $15 domain for the year, the amount refundable within 30 days of account activation would be $65 (i.e. we subtract the cost of the domain, which is non-refundable).
3. Web-pages/website/design charges, etc. - these are non-refundable. Once payment is received, web-page development is initiated and we therefore cannot refund money on work that has already been done. For special cases, such as changes in requirements after an advance is paid, it is at 3003 ONLINE's discretion to revise the quote and/or decide on a refund due, if any.
