THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• You will need to agree to the below Terms and Conditions to redeem the promotion.
• The above promotion applies to .com domain names. Other domains will need to be quoted accordingly (see Term 13 below).
• Further web maintenance charges (after go live of your site) are not included with the promotion charge, and will be quoted separately as explained in Terms 1, 6, and 14.
• We are running this promotion to allow those businesses in and out of Sri Lanka to 'start off' with a solid web presence, by acquiring a domain name of their choice (reflecting their company name), email addresses at their domain, and a simple yet solid professional website to be used in their business cards and for self promotion. We believe that those business who KNOW they NEED a website but do not have the TIME at the moment to concentrate on a full fledged site, can still achieve a web presence by working with us to create their professional space online. We expect a turnaround time of 1 week to launch the website, assuming a timely response from the client to approve their domain, send us the logo / company header / text content for the 4 pages of the website, and any images (one per page) to be used on site.  We believe in networking with businesses around the world, to provide a simple opportunity for our clients to network with more potential customers and businesses online, by achieving their own, professional web presence.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The term 'Company' refers to 3003 ONLINE and the term 'Client' or ‘You’ / ‘Your’ refers to you (the customer) in the following context.
The ‘Promotion’ below refers to the ‘Achieve a Web Presence’ promotion run by 3003 ONLINE.

GENERAL
All of the Company's Terms And Conditions, Refund Policies and Privacy Policy are subject to change. All web-sites, systems, domain/hosting plans and accounts are subject to these Terms And Conditions.
With regard to the Promotion, the client agrees to the specific terms and conditions outlined below. In addition, the client agrees to our general terms and conditions which are outlined here:

WEB, DOMAIN & EMAIL
1. With regard to the Promotion, the Website provided with the purchase of Domain and Hosting will be a template-based website with up to 4 static pages. Each page may display a considerable amount of text, business name, logo and at most one picture per page. The payment for the Promotion does not cover further updates to the website (after the Client has expressed complete satisfaction with the site by submitting the complete payment). The Company can be contacted either by phone or e-mail for further updates, which may be chargeable (and therefore quoted to and agreed upon by the Client before commencing the work). If the Client requires a more complex page or more pages, it is at the Company's discretion to decide and quote the applicable additional charges for development and hosting.

2. Once payment is made to the Company, the Client is not entitled to any refund policy. However, the Client will be able to discontinue the Domain and Hosting that he/she purchased in the following year.

3. In terms of design, the Client will be able to choose a design of his/her choice from the option of the fixed templates provided which can be altered to the customer satisfaction yet conforming to 3003 Online Standards. The Promotion covers for fixed templates with some element of change to suit the Company logo / colours; however further design changes may be chargeable (and pre-quoted) or altered to suit the Company’s standards, at the Company’s discretion.  If an absolutely unique rich-template design is required then this will be pre-quoted accordingly under a standard website proposal.

4. The Website provided will be at most 5Mb, the hosting charge for which will be covered within the promotional package. If larger files / downloads off the website exceed the package specifications, the hosting account will an additional charge determined by the Company based on the amount of change required. The monthly transfer/bandwidth of the hosting account will be 1000Mb. Although it is unlikely the website hosting account of the promotion will need to be upgraded, the Client agrees that the hosting account charges will be subject to change if its quota or bandwidth needs to be upgraded.

5. Email: The promotion allows for up to 10 email addresses @yourdomain.com (i.e. your personal domain), each of which will uniquely forward to your existing email address or addresses. For example if there are five people in your company with five unique email addresses @gmail.com, we may set up five email forwarders, one per person, to forward to their address. The special Promotion rate does not include “POP”/ “IMAP” email addresses which will be subject to additional charges at standard hosting rates.

6. Any further requirements on Hosting, Domain or Web Development that is not part of the Campaign’s Terms and Conditions may be subjected to an additional charge based on the agreement between the Client and the Company.

7. The payment for a domain and/or web (email) hosting (if applicable) will be made periodically (either monthly or annually) by the Client, according to the Company's and Client's agreement. The (domain/web- hosting) full amount shown on the latest invoice is to be paid to the Company starting from the date of the invoice. To avoid late payments, a new invoice will be issued to the Client in advance of the current period’s expiry date (via e-mail or post). Failure to make payment by the current expiry date will result in cancellation of the domain/web hosting until payment is made.

8. The domain/web-hosting charges are subject to change due to external factors such as exchange rate fluctuation. The Client will be notified in advance of any changes in charges, with suitable justification for these changes.

9. Domain/web-hosting payments do not include further updates to the Client's website, as stated in term 6.

10. The Client reserves the right to request, to the Company, cancellation of services. The Company should receive this request at least 30 days before the expiry date of the current period. Additionally, there will be no refund for payments already made for the current period.

11. On cancellation of web hosting, the Client reserves the right to maintain their domain name and associated email addresses on a third-party server, with which the Company will have no involvement. In this situation, the Company will only hold responsibility for the domain name, provided it was purchased with the Company's direct involvement.

12. In regard to the Company promotional packages, annual or any recurring charges will be based on that package only. If the the Client requires more features in the future (e.g. a more complex website), the hosting/recurring charges may be subject to change at the Company's discretion, based on the additional features required. For example, if a larger website is required that requires a considerable amount of web space, web hosting charges may need to be increased accordingly.

13. This promotion is catered for .COM Domains only. If other domains are requested from the Client (for e.g. .NET, .ORG, .LK), an additional charge will incur.

14.  For future referece, once the client's website is running, maintenance service is available at the regular maintenance rate at that specified time.
